Steampunk Bedroom

Playing the MYST games always makes me think about how awesome it would be to have my own book world with a house full of steampunk contraptions.

So the Riven remake inspired this redesign of my IRL bedroom complete with steampunk aesthetic, vaguely antique electronics, and some random mechanisms.

Took me a while to decide what to do with the back wall and stuff on the dresser. I have a TV, game consoles, and shelves of games there, but that felt like too advanced technology to incorporate into this scene. I ended up just making it a projector setup and a rack of film reels. And more copy/pasted books to fill the remaining empty space.
